Yellow River and the Upland Forest
A Picture Essay
Yellow River is a spectacular sand-bottom wilderness river where residents and visitors are impacted by the everchanging scenery and profound sense of the wild. A vast expanse of undeveloped wetlands and upland forests have been set aside for conservation purposes. Preservation of the habitat surrounding Yellow River ensures that threaten and endangered species have the best chance of survival.
